The official government fee is the same whether you pay through us or directly. Our service fee covers the convenience, security, and support we provide. After payment, you'll receive your QR code within 24 hours (usually much faster — most orders complete in 2-6 hours). It's sent to your email and stored in your Vistumo account for easy access on your trip. If we can't deliver within 24 hours, you get an automatic full refund.
Your tourist tax confirmation (typically a QR code) arrives via email, usually within hours. If you have a Vistumo account, it's also saved in your "My Trips" section for offline access.

We recommend paying at least 24-48 hours before arrival for smooth processing, though most payments complete within hours. Don't wait until you're at the airport — pay ahead and skip the stress.
If your QR code isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment, you get an automatic full refund (tourist tax + service fee) — no action needed. Once your QR code has been delivered, all sales are final. We also refund technical errors on our end, duplicate charges, and verified system failures. Please report any issues within 30 days of your transaction.
Unfortunately, once your tourist tax is processed and registered with the government, it can't be refunded — we submit your payment to the official authorities right away. We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
If you hit a technical issue (duplicate charge, payment failed but money deducted, etc.), email us right away at contact@vistumo.com with your transaction details. We'll investigate and resolve it as fast as we can.
